Santa arrived in Historic Downtown Acworth in early December to a delighted crowd. Activities that helped celebrate Santa’s arrival and the beginning of the holiday season included a parade, Mayor Tommy Allegood reading “Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and Acworth United Methodist Church’s live Nativity.
