A Smoking Weekend on the Lake

June 1, 2022

A lot of good food was on the menu for the crowd that attended the 12th annual Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival May 6-7 at Logan Farm Park in Acworth. During the charity fundraiser for the North Cobb Rotary Club, festival-goers were able to enjoy the Lord of the Wings competition, a concert by Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band Georgia Players Guild, a kids zone, a beer garden and the People’s Choice barbecue taster. At the end of the two-day competition, trophies and other awards were handed out to the winners of several barbecue categories.
